Right to Flush:
A minimum of six (6) embryo grade one, transferable embryos are guaranteed to the buyer. Buyer will pay
25% of the cost at sale date and the remaining 75% at the time of flush. In the event, the chosen cow does
not produce a minimum of six (6) embryos, the buyer will have the option of flushing the cow again until the
minimum and only the minimum of six embryos is achieved, or the buyer may have the option to a prorated
price per embryo return based on the 25% purchase price at the Black Hills Stock Show. This settlement
will be handled only through the buyer and seller. If the chosen cow produces more than six transferable
embryos, all embryos will be property of the buyer. Consignor is responsible for choosing embryo
technician and location for the flush procedure. This information will be available at auction. They buyer will
be responsible for the expenses associated with the embryo flush, unless otherwise stated.
Embryo Package:
All embryo packages consist of three (3) grade one embryos and are fully guaranteed to consist of their
respective mating described herein. Due to the geographical location and nature of the event, the only
guarantee on the conception rate would be in the situation only if the buyer uses an embryo technician that
is agreed upon by theseller and the buyer informs the seller of his intentions prior to implanting the em-
bryos. At least one pregnancy will be guaranteed per three embryos sold, consignor will accept no respon-
sibility if seller implants embryos on their own terms. In all cases, buyer is responsible for all shipping and
expenses. Embryos sold will be on a per embryo basis then multiplied by the number of embryos in the
package.
