2014 Spring Born Bulls
Every bull has had a complete breeding soundness exam, vaccination history and tested negative for BVD -PI. The carcass
EPDs in the catalog are parental, calculated before ultrasound data was taken. A supplement sheet will be available at the
sale (and before on our website) that illustrates recalculated Carcass EPDs and ultrasound ratios which are being taken
after the catalog goes to print. The bulls were developed and tested this winter running out in one of our rocky hilly traps at
our sale facility. We feed these bulls only enough to make sure they are big and stout enough to breed your mature cows
and adequately express any genetic differences that might exist for growth and carcass.

2014 we experienced an abundance of seed head production in our native pastures. Face high on the unweaned calves, this
caused eye irritation resulting in several slightly cloudy eyes or specks. We have noted this in the description. We wanted
to comment on these for DV Auction customers information as those attending the sale will notice how minor it is. Our
gnomically enhanced EPD’s are the most accurate in the industry. (See page 5.)
